Vuoi diventare volontario? non sono richieste particolari professionalità, ma si deve seguire un corso di formazione, finalizzato a qualificare il volontario nelle funzioni che dovrà svolgere di ascolto, aiuto ed accompagnamento verso la madre in difficoltà ed inoltre ad essere informato sulle tematiche riguardanti la maternità e la vita.
In quest’ultimo anno siamo state notevolmente penalizzate, causa il Covid. Abbiamo dovuto fare la formazione attraverso i webinar, che non sono la stessa cosa degli incontri in presenza. Abbiamo proseguito con dei “tirocini” direttamene nei turni, dove apprendere e sperimentare “sul campo” le nostre finalità e il modo di operare.
Ai volontari che prestano servizio è richiesto solo un turno di 2 ore alla settimana, ma il nostro volontariato ha molteplici attività anche fuori sede e fuori dai turni di ascolto e accoglienza.
